My name is Satywan, and I earn around ₹500 a day driving an auto-rickshaw.
For years, that was enough to keep my family going. It wasn’t much, but it put food on the table and paid for my children’s needs.
Today, every rupee I earn disappears into hospital bills.
Because my one-year-old daughter, Bharvi, is fighting blood cancer.

Just a month ago, she developed a fever that wouldn’t go away. Soon, her blood and platelet counts began dropping rapidly. We rushed her from one hospital to another, praying it was something simple.
Instead, we heard the words no parent is ever prepared for.
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Blood cancer.
Our cheerful little girl, who had only just begun exploring the world, suddenly found herself surrounded by hospital beds, needles, medicines, and endless tests.
She has already undergone seven cycles of chemotherapy.
Every treatment leaves her tiny body weaker. There are days when she barely smiles. Days when she doesn’t even have the strength to play.
Yet she continues fighting.
And we cannot give up on her.

Her next chemotherapy session is due soon, and the treatment must continue exactly as planned. Missing or delaying it could put everything at risk.
At home, my wife cares for Bharvi every moment of the day. She cannot work because our daughter needs constant attention.
Our 11-year-old son studies in Class 6, but even he has begun to understand that his little sister is seriously ill. He keeps asking us the same question:
“When will Bharvi come back to being herself?”
I don’t know how to answer him.

I spend long hours driving my auto, hoping for more passengers, hoping for a little more income.
But no matter how hard I work, ₹500 a day can never cover the cost of cancer treatment.
As a father, it breaks me that I cannot afford the medicines my daughter desperately needs.
Today, I have no choice but to ask for help.
Please stand with Bharvi in her fight against blood cancer.

Your contribution—whether big or small—will help us continue her chemotherapy and give our little girl the chance to grow up, celebrate birthdays, go to school, and live the childhood every child deserves.
Please donate and share Bharvi’s fundraiser with your family and friends.
Every contribution brings her one step closer to recovery.

You need not wait for donor or have the organ ready. We actually suggest you start a fundraiser as soon as you can so that you are ready with the acquired funds and can get the surgery done immediately when you do receive an organ.
Generally, most campaigners are reminded to leave updates on their fundraiser regarding the progress of their cause, whether it’s a nonprofit project or the health of a patient. You will get an email every time an update is posted. Alternately, you can use the "Contact campaigner" option on the fundraiser page to directly get in touch with the campaigner and understand how your donation benefited them.
Once the requirement of this patient will be met, any remaining funds will ultimately go towards helping other needy patients in line with Impact Guru's mission of helping save as many lives as possible.
For all medical fundraisers, the funds will be directly transferred to the hospital’s account. Only in a few cases, based on Impact Guru’s discretion, the funds might be transferred to the campaigner or the patient’s account for postoperative or at home expenses.
In cases, where the funding requirement of the patient changes due to factors such as death, change of treatment plan on advice of hospital, delay in treatment, medical complications, Impact Guru utilizes the funds to help similar patients with the mission of helping save as many lives as possible.
90%+ of Impact Guru’s campaigns raise funds leveraging our do-it-yourself fundraising platform.
The Accelerate initiative of Impact Guru caters primarily towards those individuals who are unable to create or manage their own fundraiser due to lack of education, access to smartphones, or social networks for fundraising support. Impact Guru provides fundraising support in such cases by maximizing outreach, leveraging all fundraising channels. In order to provide crucial life saving support to such patients, Impact Guru charges marketing cost paid to such third parties and its regular platform and payment gateway fees. Impact Guru's constant endeavour is to reduce such outreach costs to maximize social impact of every contribution.
