Little Ayansh doesn't understand why he can't go home. He doesn't understand the tubes, the machines, or the cold hospital air. He only knows that somewhere between playing and laughing, his tiny body was suddenly in tremendous pain, and nothing has been the same since.

Just a month ago, his parents noticed he had stomach pain and a high fever. They rushed him to the hospital, praying it would be nothing serious. It was.
Ayansh was diagnosed with a severe infection in his kidney that had turned into an abscess, a pocket of pus, that had to be surgically drained. He underwent a major operation on 13th May 2026. But his body, wasn't done fighting.

The infection spread through his blood, pushing him into a life-threatening condition called septic shock, where the body's organs begin to fail. On top of this, he also developed a dangerous fungal infection. Today, Ayansh lies in the Paediatric ICU, of Rainbow Children’s Hospital, breathing with the help of a ventilator.
His mother sits beside him, day after day, watching machines breathe for her son. His six-year-old brother waits at home, too young to fully understand, old enough to sense that something is terribly wrong.

His father, an electrician, leaves every morning hoping for enough work to find. On a good day, he brings home ₹400. There is no fixed salary, no savings, and no cushion to fall back on. The family had no warning, no time to prepare. One day, life was normal. The next, it wasn't.
Doctors say Ayansh needs urgent ICU care, followed by another week in the ward before he can go home. Every single day in that ICU carries a cost this family simply cannot meet.

Ayansh is two years old. He deserves a chance to go home, to play, to grow up.
Please help bring Ayansh home.

You need not wait for donor or have the organ ready. We actually suggest you start a fundraiser as soon as you can so that you are ready with the acquired funds and can get the surgery done immediately when you do receive an organ.
Generally, most campaigners are reminded to leave updates on their fundraiser regarding the progress of their cause, whether it’s a nonprofit project or the health of a patient. You will get an email every time an update is posted. Alternately, you can use the "Contact campaigner" option on the fundraiser page to directly get in touch with the campaigner and understand how your donation benefited them.
Once the requirement of this patient will be met, any remaining funds will ultimately go towards helping other needy patients in line with Impact Guru's mission of helping save as many lives as possible.
For all medical fundraisers, the funds will be directly transferred to the hospital’s account. Only in a few cases, based on Impact Guru’s discretion, the funds might be transferred to the campaigner or the patient’s account for postoperative or at home expenses.
In cases, where the funding requirement of the patient changes due to factors such as death, change of treatment plan on advice of hospital, delay in treatment, medical complications, Impact Guru utilizes the funds to help similar patients with the mission of helping save as many lives as possible.
90%+ of Impact Guru’s campaigns raise funds leveraging our do-it-yourself fundraising platform.
The Accelerate initiative of Impact Guru caters primarily towards those individuals who are unable to create or manage their own fundraiser due to lack of education, access to smartphones, or social networks for fundraising support. Impact Guru provides fundraising support in such cases by maximizing outreach, leveraging all fundraising channels. In order to provide crucial life saving support to such patients, Impact Guru charges marketing cost paid to such third parties and its regular platform and payment gateway fees. Impact Guru's constant endeavour is to reduce such outreach costs to maximize social impact of every contribution.
