My name is Jahir Bashir, and I am raising funds for my beloved wife, Najema Jahir Sayyed, who is going through an extremely difficult health crisis. She has been diagnosed with adreno ovarian cancer and is now facing a relapse, making her treatment journey even more challenging.
Her doctors have advised chemotherapy and continuous treatment to manage her condition and support her recovery. She is currently undergoing treatment at HCG Manavata Cancer Centre, Nashik, where her medical team is providing the necessary care and closely monitoring her condition.
Watching my wife battle cancer again has been emotionally heartbreaking for our entire family. We are determined to stand by her and do everything possible to ensure that she receives the treatment she needs. However, the increasing medical expenses have placed a tremendous financial burden on us.
We have already spent approximately ₹8,50,000 towards her treatment and related medical expenses. Unfortunately, her treatment is still ongoing, and we now need an additional ₹9,00,000 to continue her chemotherapy and further medical care.
Arranging such a large amount has become extremely difficult for our family, as we simply cannot afford these expenses on our own. We are doing everything possible, but we need the support of compassionate individuals to help us through this difficult period.
I humbly request kind-hearted individuals, friends, relatives, and well-wishers to please contribute whatever you can towards Najema’s treatment. Even a small contribution can make a meaningful difference and help her continue her fight against cancer.

उनके डॉक्टरों ने उनकी स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने और उपचार जारी रखने के लिए कीमोथेरेपी और लगातार इलाज की सलाह दी है। वह वर्तमान में HCG Manavata Cancer Centre, Nashik में उपचार करा रही हैं, जहाँ डॉक्टरों की टीम उनकी आवश्यक देखभाल कर रही है और उनकी स्थिति पर लगातार निगरानी रख रही है।
अपनी पत्नी को दोबारा कैंसर से लड़ते हुए देखना हमारे पूरे परिवार के लिए बेहद भावनात्मक और पीड़ादायक है। हम उनके साथ मजबूती से खड़े हैं और उन्हें आवश्यक उपचार दिलाने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास कर रहे हैं। लेकिन बढ़ते चिकित्सा खर्चों ने हमारे परिवार पर बहुत बड़ा आर्थिक बोझ डाल दिया है।
हम अब तक उनके इलाज और संबंधित चिकित्सा खर्चों पर लगभग ₹8,50,000 खर्च कर चुके हैं। दुर्भाग्यवश, उनका इलाज अभी भी जारी है और उनकी कीमोथेरेपी तथा आगे के चिकित्सा उपचार को जारी रखने के लिए हमें अतिरिक्त ₹9,00,000 की आवश्यकता है।
इतनी बड़ी राशि की व्यवस्था करना हमारे परिवार के लिए बेहद कठिन हो गया है, क्योंकि हम इन खर्चों को अकेले वहन करने में सक्षम नहीं हैं। हम अपनी ओर से हर संभव प्रयास कर रहे हैं, लेकिन इस कठिन समय में हमें सहृदय लोगों के सहयोग की आवश्यकता है।
