I  never imagined that my baby girl’s first year of life would be spent in hospital corridors instead of in my arms.

She is just 8 months old… my tiny angel who should be learning to crawl, smile, and say her first words. But instead, she is fighting a battle far bigger than her little body can handle. When she was just 2–3 months old, doctors told us she has Biliary Atresia, a serious liver disease. Since then, our world has changed completely.

Every day, I watch her struggle. Her eyes and skin have turned yellow, her stomach is swollen, and she feels weak all the time. She cannot digest food properly, she cannot grow like other babies… and as a mother, I feel helpless watching her suffer.

Doctors have told us that she urgently needs a liver surgery and transplant. Along with that, medication and continuous monitoring are necessary for her survival. Without it, her condition may worsen at any moment.

My husband works in a small salon, earning just enough for daily survival. But this illness demands so much more than we could ever afford. We used all our savings, borrowed from everyone we knew, and even took loans… but now, we have nothing left.

All that we dream of is simple… I just want my daughter to live. I want to see her take her first steps, go to school, and have a future full of hope.
