Our family is going through one of the most difficult times of our lives.

My name is Karthik, and I am raising funds for my father, Mr. Subhash Sukumaran Nair, who is fighting for his life after being diagnosed with Triple Vessel Coronary Artery Disease and Left Lower Limb Arterial Thrombosis.

After suffering multiple episodes of collapse at home, my father was rushed to the hospital and is currently admitted to the ICU. Doctors have found six blockages in his heart, including three that are 100% blocked. He has also been living with diabetes for the past 10 years, making his condition even more serious.

The doctors have advised an urgent CABG (heart bypass surgery) to save his life, followed by a Peroneal Artery Angioplasty to restore blood flow to his leg. These procedures are critical, and delaying treatment could put his life at even greater risk.

So far, we have spent nearly ₹3,00,000 on emergency treatment and hospitalization. The total cost for the surgeries, ICU stay, medicines, and post-operative care is expected to be around ₹10,00,000. We have exhausted our savings and borrowed from family and friends, but we are still falling short.

हमारा परिवार इस समय जीवन के सबसे कठिन दौर से गुजर रहा है।

मेरा नाम कार्तिक है, और मैं अपने पिता श्री सुभाष सुकुमारन नायर के इलाज के लिए आर्थिक सहायता जुटा रहा हूँ। उन्हें ट्रिपल वेसल कोरोनरी आर्टरी डिजीज (Triple Vessel Coronary Artery Disease) और लेफ्ट लोअर लिम्ब आर्टेरियल थ्रोम्बोसिस (Left Lower Limb Arterial Thrombosis) जैसी गंभीर बीमारियों का पता चला है, और वे जीवन के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं।

घर पर कई बार अचानक बेहोश होकर गिरने के बाद उन्हें तुरंत अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहाँ वे इस समय आईसीयू में भर्ती हैं। जाँच में पता चला कि उनके हृदय की छह धमनियों में रुकावट है, जिनमें से तीन धमनियाँ 100% बंद हो चुकी हैं। पिछले 10 वर्षों से मधुमेह (डायबिटीज़) होने के कारण उनकी स्थिति और भी गंभीर हो गई है।

डॉक्टरों ने उनकी जान बचाने के लिए तुरंत CABG (हार्ट बायपास सर्जरी) कराने की सलाह दी है। इसके बाद उनके पैर में रक्त प्रवाह सामान्य करने के लिए पेरोनियल आर्टरी एंजियोप्लास्टी (Peroneal Artery Angioplasty) भी करनी होगी। ये दोनों उपचार अत्यंत आवश्यक हैं, और इनमें किसी भी तरह की देरी उनके जीवन के लिए बड़ा खतरा बन सकती है।

अब तक हम आपातकालीन उपचार और अस्पताल में भर्ती पर लगभग ₹3,00,000 खर्च कर चुके हैं। सर्जरी, आईसीयू, दवाइयों और ऑपरेशन के बाद की देखभाल सहित कुल खर्च लगभग ₹10,00,000 होने का अनुमान है। हमने अपनी पूरी बचत खर्च कर दी है और परिवार तथा मित्रों से भी उधार लिया है, लेकिन फिर भी आवश्यक राशि जुटा नहीं पा रहे हैं।
