My name is Shrithika, and I am here to share the most difficult chapter of our lives. My younger sister, Minalini Pandiyan, just 20 years old, is battling for her life after a tragic accident. Every day feels like an endless nightmare. Minalini lies unconscious, surrounded by machines that are keeping her alive. Her once vibrant smile has been replaced by the sound of beeping monitors and ventilators. Each passing moment reminds us of how fragile life can be. She cannot breathe on her own right now, and every breath she takes with the help of machines feels like a small victory in this battle for survival.
The doctors have told us that time is critical. They have explained that without continued ICU care and advanced medical procedures, her condition could worsen rapidly. Every second counts as we fight against this cruel twist of fate to bring Minalini back to us.
We have already spent over ₹50,000, exhausting all our savings and taking loans from friends and family. But the cost of ongoing treatment is far beyond what we can manage alone.
