Sai Kiran has always been cheerful by nature, the kind of man who treats people with 

love and respect, and makes every place a little brighter just by being there.

Sai Kiran and I have shared a long friendship, studied together at Maharaja Public School, 1995 batch.

But for the past 3 years, life has been unforgiving for Sai Kiran. Chronic kidney disease has taken its toll. Over the past few years, Sai Kiran has been undergoing regular dialysis, which has been physically exhausting and financially overwhelming for his family.
